The actual workout is great, I feel challenged and accomplished, but the warmup and cool down need more clarification. I'm glad I got this plan on a discount, because if it cost me $40 I would be so mad. The warm-up sections and activation sections are vague, there isn't even a link to the website for tips like there is for the other exercises. Just "Activate your glutes, hamstrings, etc." What do you mean by that? Also, the only time "phases" are mentioned is in the section about weighing and measuring yourself. I did the math myself, over the course of 12 weeks, divide by three...but...maybe add an instruction section. This plan just doesn't feel fully formed.
