I have a question about ORDERS:
The collection sold out before I could buy anything. Will there be a restock?
We’re so sorry! Please utilize the "EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE" option on all the pieces you missed out on. This will ensure you're the first to know as soon as they're restocked! You can also sign up to become a VIP so you are the FIRST to receive any announcements about restocks and future launches, as well as get special VIP discounts.

When will more pieces be added to your website?
We bring you new pieces each launch, which means we will not always have every piece from our collections in stock. When the items in a collection sell out, we don’t have any more available! Our pieces remain for sale until they sell out. Make sure you’re a Corio Active VIP, and add us to your contacts list, so you don’t miss any of our launch announcements!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can I change my order?

I want to add something to my order. How do I do that?
Unfortunately, we're not able to make any changes to orders after they've been placed. The only option is to create a new order with the additional items.

I forgot to use my discount code, can you adjust my order for me?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed in our system we are unable to add a discount code/adjust the pricing. If your order has not shipped, please email us, and we would be happy to cancel the order so you can reorder and use your discount code. Please keep in mind that some discount codes have expiration dates, and extensions cannot be granted.

I have a question about SHIPPING:
My package says it has been delivered but I do not have it.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping rates apply.

Can I change my address on an order?
As long as your order has not shipped, we can change your address in our system. To do this, please contact customer service promptly at support@corioactive.com so we can update the address in our system for you. Corio Active cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.

What if I don't like the fit of the item I received? Can I return or exchange it?

I mailed my return package. When will I receive my refund or exchange?
If sending in for a refund or exchange, you will receive a confirmation email once that has been issued, along with your shipment details and tracking information for the exchange. No shipment times are guaranteed, though shipments from our warehouse have been known to arrive very quickly.
