When can I expect my order?
Processing time is currently 10-14 business days at our facility. Then, estimated shipping time is added to this to get the total time to receive your order.

CORIO Active cannot guarantee our shipping couriers delivery estimates.
My package says it has been delivered but I do not have it.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping rates apply, please see rates at checkout.
Can I change my address on an order?
As long as your order has not shipped, we can change your address in our system. To do this, please contact customer service promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can update the address in our system for you. Corio Active cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
I have a question about RETURNS:
What if I don't like the fit of the item I received? Can I return or exchange it?
