I have a question about ORDERS:

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can I change my order?

We cannot guarantee that we can update your order prior to shipping. However, please contact us at support@corioactive.com with any changes and we'll try our best to get it sorted for you!

What do I do if I receive a defective item or the wrong item in my order?

Please contact our customer service at support@corioactive.com so we can help resolve the issue. Please includes photo(s) of defective pieces.

How do I cancel an order?

We cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order prior to shipping. However, please contact us at support@corioactive.com with cancellation requests and we'll try our best to get it sorted for you!

I want to add something to my order. How do I do that?

Unfortunately, we're not able to make any changes to orders after they've been placed. The only option is to create a new order with the additional items.

I forgot to use my discount code, can you adjust my order for me?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed in our system we are unable to add a discount code/adjust the pricing. If your order has not shipped, please email us, and we would be happy to cancel the order so you can reorder and use your discount code. Please keep in mind that some discount codes have expiration dates, and extensions cannot be granted.

I have a question about SHIPPING:

When can I expect my order?

Processing time is currently 10-14 business days at our facility. Then, estimated shipping time is added to this to get the total time to receive your order.
Processing Time + Est. Shipping Time = Time to Receive Order
CORIO Active cannot guarantee our shipping couriers delivery estimates.

My package says it has been delivered but I do not have it.

Please contact our customer service at support@corioactive.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping rates apply, please see rates at checkout.

Can I change my address on an order?

As long as your order has not shipped, we can change your address in our system. To do this, please contact customer service promptly at support@corioactive.com so we can update the address in our system for you. Corio Active cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.

I have a question about RETURNS:

What if I don't like the fit of the item I received? Can I return or exchange it?

As the store is closing, all sales are FINAL.
